01What BOAZ OPTIMIZER is

An optimizer for Windows: it analyzes your computer and changes system settings to improve performance and latency. Every optimization can be undone, and the app creates a Registry backup before applying optimizations in bulk.

02Your account

You need an account to use the app. You're responsible for your password and for what's done with your account. Use accurate information and one account per person.

03Plans

• Free: at no cost, with most of the optimizations.
• PRO Monthly: unlocks every feature for 30 days per payment. There is no automatic charge: to keep going, just pay again.
• PRO Lifetime: unlocks every feature with no monthly fee, for as long as BOAZ OPTIMIZER exists for Windows.
• 3-day free trial: 72 hours of PRO, once per account, per computer and per Discord account. Requires being on the BOAZ Discord server.

When PRO ends (trial over, the Monthly plan's 30 days are up, a refund or signing out), PRO optimizations go back to Windows defaults. Free plan optimizations stay as they are.

04The license

Each license is valid for 1 computer. Switched PCs? Ask support for a transfer. Reselling or sharing licenses, bypassing license checks and reverse engineering the app are not allowed.

05Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Mercado Pago. Online purchases can be canceled within 7 days for a full refund, as guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (art. 49): ask at hectormotta183@gmail.com. Chargebacks and fraud cancel the license.

06Use and liability

The app changes Windows settings, and every computer is different. We only recommend what the analysis indicates for your hardware, and every optimization can be undone (the exception is removing the apps that come with Windows, which come back through the Microsoft Store), but we don't promise a specific performance gain. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damage caused by unintended use or by changes made by other programs. We recommend creating a restore point before optimizing.

07Account suspension

We may block accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

08Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the app.

10Governing law and contact
