Privacy Policy

01What we collect

• Account: email, name and password. The password is stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider — no one on the team can see it. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your account's ID, name and email from them.
• Discord: if you link Discord or sign in with it, your Discord ID and username. They unlock the free trial and give you the PRO role on the BOAZ server.
• Computer: a hardware identifier (HWID — a code calculated from the PC's parts, with no files or personal data), the computer's name, the app version and the date of your last access. They tie your license to a PC.
• License and payment: plan, key, expiration and the payment reference. Card and Pix details stay with Mercado Pago; we never receive them.
• Optimizations saved to your account (PRO plan): the list of optimizations you applied and the name of the PC that saved it, so you can restore them after reinstalling Windows or switching computers.
• Free trial: the account, computer and Discord that have already used the trial, so it works only once.
• Support: the conversations in tickets opened on the Discord server.

02What stays on your computer

The hardware analysis, temperatures and sensors, the list of programs, performance history, match summaries, logs and Registry backups stay on your PC and are not sent to us. The game connection test only measures the response time of Valve's and Amazon's servers.

03How we use it

• To create and protect your account and send its emails (confirmation and new password).
• To validate your license and prevent key misuse.
• To save and restore your optimizations (PRO plan).
• To provide support, the PRO role and new-version announcements on Discord.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

04Who we share it with

Only with the services that make BOAZ work, which process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (this website), Mercado Pago (payments), Resend (emails), Discord (community), Google (Google sign-in) and GitHub (version downloads). Some of them store data outside Brazil.

05How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. If you ask for deletion, we delete your account data. We keep only the record that a computer and a Discord account have already used the free trial (so it can't be reused) and the payment records the law requires us to keep.

06Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing. Write to hectormotta183@gmail.com; we reply within 15 days.

07Security

All communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). On your PC, the license and session are encrypted by Windows itself. The database is accessed only by our server.

08Children and teenagers

Signing in with Discord follows Discord's minimum age. Anyone under 18 should use BOAZ with a parent's or guardian's permission.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the app.
